Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat 2024 TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Online Purchase
1. Engagement:
(a) Thank you for accepting our offer to present Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat to you. By placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree that the placement of an Order, together with these Terms and Conditions, forms a contract between you and The Liberation Project Pty Ltd and that you agree to our privacy policy - https://join.theliberationproject.com.au/privacy-policy
(b) Your purchase will include:
(i) Access to Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat
(ii) Access to the Virtual Integration Gathering – 12th of October 2024 (As a way to check-in on how you are integrating, your progress, and support in implementing your learnings post SDR + reconnect with your loving tribe).
(iii) Workshop Materials (if applicable)
(c) Requirements to Attend Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat
(i) You must register prior to participating in Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat
(ii) Provide full contact details of all attendees
(iii) A unique email address & telephone number per attendee
2. Delivery of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat:
(a) Access to Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat from 28-29th of September 2024.
(b) Information on Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat will be sent via email prior to the event, with all necessary instructions on how to prepare and register for Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
(c) It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide all contact information for each ticket holder and to register and attend Spirit Dance
Weekend Retreat.
(d) Each Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat ticket purchased will have event inclusions as per term 1(b).
(e) The participants of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat will not be allowed to attend until the full ticket amount has been paid to The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, or whereby an instalment repayment structure has been agreed.
(f) Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat is a live event, and no recording is provided.
3. Investment and Payment You Agree To Pay The Liberation Project Pty Ltd:
(a) In full, if no payment plan has been agreed with The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, when placing an order for Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
(b) If a payment plan has been agreed with The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, the instalment amount in full as per the amount and date agreed when placing an order for Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
(c) Instalment due date will take place on the same date initial deposit is made, unless this falls after the 27th of the month, whereby the 27th will be used as the instalment date
(d) Until payment has been completed in full, all inclusions of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat will be withheld.
(e) Unless otherwise agreed in writing with The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, if payment of balance has not been completed within 6 months from the date of initial payment, the order of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat will be closed with no monies returned to the purchaser.
(f) All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes local taxes
(g) If you have used a third-party service to pay for Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat, this is a separate agreement exempt from The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, who will have no liability regarding this agreement.
4. Cancellation and Refund Agreement:
(a) Our venue holds limited seating, and our Event(s) may sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least a month before your scheduled Event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another participant.
(i) Cancellations made a month or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of the event will receive a 50% refund, minus a 10% non-refundable booking fee.
(ii) Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) before the start date of the event will not be eligible for a refund unless the organiser is able to find a replacement to take the cancelled participant's spot. If a replacement is found, the cancelled participant will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid, minus 10% non-refundable booking fee.
(iii) Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
(b) Participant Replacement: Participants may request to transfer their reservation to another individual at no additional cost. The request for transfer must be made at least 3 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
(c) When making your purchase online, no cooling off period is provided with your purchase.
5. Ticket Sale and Resale:
(a) The re-advertisement of any Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat or any bonus tickets associated with the purchase of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat for the purposes of resale is strictly forbidden.
(b) If your Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat or any bonus tickets is found to be offered or advertised for resale then your right to access Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket will not be provided with any services.
(c) If your Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat or bonus ticket is found to be offered or advertised for resale, then you will forego your right to alter the name on the ticket, should this be applicable to the Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat ticket.
(d) Only Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat orders purchased directly through The Liberation Project Pty Ltd will be guaranteed access to Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat to be held on the 28th-29th September 2024. Scalping warning: The resale of a seminar service or event ticket in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
6. Filming:
(a) You acknowledge and agree that parts of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat may be recorded & photographed and that The Liberation Project Pty Ltd shall own any recordings, that can be used at their discretion for promotional or marketing purposes.
(b) Should you not wish to appear in any promotional or marketing materials you must put this in writing via email to [email protected] for your request to be considered.
(c) You agree not to record any part of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat. Failure to comply with this directive could lead to your participation in Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat being revoked with no refund or credit being provided.
7. Prohibited Activities:
(a) Unauthorised events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner, or sign for commercial purposes.
(b) Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede or negatively impact the operation of the event or the enjoyment of the event by participants.
(c) We reserve the right to deny entry or to require a person already admitted to leave the event, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstance so requires.
(d)The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale
8. No Guarantee of Results:
(a) The Liberation Project Pty Ltd takes no responsibility and provides no guarantees for the results achieved using the coaching & learning material provided during Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
(b) Example results used as examples and are for reference only and in no way guarantee that the same or similar results will be achieved.
(c) Results achieved will be dependent on many factors, including but not limited to, you, the method and speed of execution of any strategy, the market, force majeure, economic conditions, and your existing position when making the purchase
(d) By entering into this agreement, the purchaser accepts that they are responsible for their own result and that of their guests from participating in Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
9. Non-Disclosure Agreement:
Client hereby acknowledges that they will be trained in material considered “trade secret” and confidential in nature. Client agrees to not disclose any techniques nor comments about the seminar service of any kind to others, via forum, message boards, private emails, blogs, or other venue. If Client does disclose any information about Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat, then they admit to damages and breach of contract and will be subject to civil litigation and damages. Client agrees to not create, nor partner nor associate with any person, any kind of product related to The Liberation Project Pty Ltd, including but not limited to e-books, special reports, audio or video files, public postings of content, or any other derived materials. Client shall not record any portion of Spirit Dance Weekend Retreat.
10. Liability Waiver:
Our activities are not necessarily strenuous. However, it involves physical activity for sustained periods. You are responsible for ensuring that they are suitable for you. Participants acknowledge that participation in the dance-movement retreat involves physical activity and inherent risks. By attending the retreat, participants waive any liability claims against the organiser, instructors, or venue for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
11. Force Majeure:
The organizer shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
12. Indemnity:
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Liberation Project Pty Ltd against all loss or damage that client may suffer as a result by The Liberation Project Pty Ltd and its associates and any of its affiliates and representatives from any breach of these Terms and any other cause or alleged cause of any kind. The Liberation Project Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter terms and conditions with prior notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By booking a reservation for the dance-movement weekend retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
